Responsibilities & Context:
Maintenance and Repair: Performing preventive maintenance on batteries, chargers, and associated equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and carrying out repairs on battery cells, modules, and packs.
Installation: Installing new batteries, chargers, and related equipment in various settings, including customer sites.
Inspections and Testing: Conducting routine inspections and diagnostics of battery systems, testing battery conditions and electrolyte levels, and recording battery specifications and testing results.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines for handling, storing, and disposing of batteries, including working with high voltage and hazardous materials like acid.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of battery inventory, maintenance activities, and repair histories.
