Who will you work with?

You will be part of the marketing department, collaborating with a dynamic team of graphic designers, video editors, in-house and external models, influencers, and media buyers/digital marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. A/B Testing and Experimentation:
    • Develop a rigorous A/B testing framework for ad creatives, targeting, and placement to identify the best-performing elements and optimize campaign performance.
    • Experiment with various advertising approaches and analyze results to continually refine campaigns.
  2. Advanced Campaign Strategies:
    • Utilize retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced segmentation to improve ad personalization and conversion rates.
    • Create and manage campaigns across the entire sales funnel—from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  3. Data-Driven Decisions:
    • Conduct regular performance audits and develop insights to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  4. Budget and Efficiency Focus:
    • Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to achieve optimal cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Stay on top of industry benchmarks to ensure our campaigns deliver above-average results.
  5. Cross-Channel Coordination:
    • Work in sync with Google Ads and other social platforms to create integrated advertising campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and consistency across channels.
  6. Audience and Market Insights:
    • Conduct regular audience and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and refine our advertising strategy.
    • Translate insights from campaign data into actionable recommendations for creative, targeting, and media strategy improvements.
  7. Team and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with our content, design, and influencer teams to ensure ads are well-targeted and visually compelling.
    • Act as the subject matter expert in Facebook Ads for the rest of the marketing team, sharing best practices and strategies to improve overall team knowledge.
