Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly understand the service and product portfolio of the company and design strategic sales plan.
∎ Analyze potential growth areas and further improve the plan
∎ Implement the plan through an active and high level of field activities to achieve the goal
∎ Follow up with clients through phone calls, e-mail, and physical visits basis to generate sales.
∎ Analyze and monitor the performance and optimize the plan whenever necessary
∎ By coordinating with cross-functional business teams, enable day-to-day operations of the business activities as well as business development initiatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Past experience in corporate sales or experience in customer care is a plus
∎ Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
∎ Experience in sales in a similar role will be a plus.
∎ A commitment to excellent customer service.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills.
∎ Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with the
∎ customers.
∎ Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
∎ Ability to respond quickly and problem solving.
∎ Stress tolerance capability.
∎ Need to be smart, punctual and honest
∎ Experience using computers for various tasks and competency in applications
∎ including Microsoft Word & Excel or Google Docs & Sheets, etc.
∎ Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Aggressive to reach sales target
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ You are positive, cheerful and sociable.
∎ Experience in leading a team to achieve monthly sales target is a plus

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on past experience and records.
