Hiring: Meta Ads Expert

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience in luxury brands. Candidates must have strong skills in tracking, analytics, and ROI-focused strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

* Build full-funnel strategies for luxury and handmade brands

* Work with KPIs and meet ROI goals

* Set up Meta CAPI, Pixel, GA4, and UTM tracking

* Analyze campaign data and improve performance

* Conduct A/B tests on creatives and audiences

* Work with the creative team to maintain brand consistency

Requirements:

* Experience with luxury, handmade, or high-ticket brands

* Strong knowledge of Meta CAPI, Pixel, GA4, tracking setups

* Understanding of web analytics and attribution modeling

* Strong performance-driven strategy understanding

* Good reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to communicate clearly and work independently

Bonus Skills:

* Experience with Shopify

* Creative direction experience

* Knowledge of retargeting flows, automation, and funnel setup

* Email marketing skills

* WhatsApp Marketing Skills

* Telemarketing skills
