Job Context: Manage day-to-day operations with merchants. This involves trouble shooting, assistance for reconciliation; follow up with documentation and business performance discussions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, Product and Technology, Marketing, Campaign, Business Finance, Communication on tracking deliverables like new feature, marketing communication material, campaign planning and execution etc.
• Track Daily KPI, prepare analysis and communicate with Merchant on scope of business proliferation.
• Reconciliation of daily transactions.
• Coordination with campaign team for campaign design and reward disbursement.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company internal & external stakeholders.
• Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate, support and mitigate risks related to Regulatory Inspection, Internal and External Audit.
• Develop and implement system based automated controls.
