∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) / B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Apparels Manufacturing Technology) / B.Sc in IPE / Graduation or Post Graduation from any Reputed Public or Private University.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, managing all communications related to orders, inquiries, and feedback.
∎ Negotiate order details, pricing, and delivery schedules with buyers to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
∎ Address any buyer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring that their expectations are met and fostering long-term relationships.
∎ Work closely with design teams to analyze market trends and buyer preferences, translating them into viable product concepts.
∎ Oversee the creation and approval of product samples, ensuring they meet buyer specifications in terms of design, quality, and fit.
∎ Introduce new product ideas to buyers based on market research and competitive analysis.
∎ Coordinate with production planning teams to schedule production runs, ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely order completion.
∎ Track the progress of orders from placement through production to shipment, ensuring all deadlines are met.
∎ Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the production process, including delays, quality concerns, or material shortages.
∎ Prepare detailed cost sheets for each order, including materials, labor, overhead, and transportation costs.
∎ Negotiate final prices with buyers, balancing profitability with competitive pricing.
∎ Monitor production costs and adjust processes as needed to maintain profitability margins.
∎ Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure that orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and components, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and delivery timelines.
∎ Assess production capacity and work with factory management to schedule orders efficiently.
∎ Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards as well as buyer specifications.
∎ Oversee quality inspections at various stages of production, addressing any issues immediately.
∎ Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and standards, including safety, environmental, and ethical considerations.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews of the merchandising team, providing feedback and setting goals for improvement.
∎ Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all orders, including order confirmations, production schedules, shipment details, and buyer communications.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, margins, and production efficiency for senior management review.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the merchandising process.
