∎ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognize university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make perfect costing, sourcing of trims & accessories, fabrics to be in house before bulk production starts as per T & A with full quantities of product with maintaining the quality. Pricing, negotiation and order confirmation.
∎ Monitor and coordinate with the Merchandising team to determine the actual fabric, accessories & thread consumption to offer preliminary costing of receiving order.
∎ Understanding the knit fabrics, trims, print embroideries, washes and Stitch Library including technical data and price idea for easy reference.
∎ Preparation and accomplishment of system costing the merchandising cycle.
∎ Prepare & review the costing report sales team & update it.
∎ Co-ordinate with production team in order to ensure on time shipment and ensures merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Sources required Trims, accessories, fabric sourcing (overseas and local) and develop a reliable & cost effective sourcing network.
∎ Understand the pricing with customer requirements and closely work with design team to manage the correct samples within time and quality, provide technical guidance related to pattern and sample making to sample supervisor/ sample man.
∎ Ensure buying office comments to adjust raw material's price.
∎ Mitigate issues (order consumption, change of shipment date, complaints and claims) raised by the buyer(s)/ buying office(s).
∎ Be informed about all final costing inspection and give support where necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 10-12 Year (Highly Experienced in product pre-costing)
∎ Applicants should have experience in following areas(s):
∎ Merchandising & Pricing,Costing management
∎ Chittagong based & Garments Experienced Candidates are encouraged to apply.
