Job Context:
∎ To serve the position of Merchandiser (Sales for international trade business) For A-Type wig manufacturing Company located in Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna, Bangladesh. The candidates are expected to have the required experience and knowledge to independently handle sales for international trade business-related activities as well as nursing buyers for getting more orders from abroad.
∎ Job Location will be at Ishwardi EPZ, however, you may transfer to anywhere in Bangladesh or over abroad, subject to company needs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with buyers and show skills of presentation, negotiation, quoting, preparing cost sheet for buyers and, maintain liaison with the buyers for the continuous basis to get and ensure more order in future.
∎ Following up with the commercial team to ensure the material import and goods export go smoothly.
∎ Coordinate with production section to ensure proper sample and follow up goods production to ensure timely shipment.
∎ Must maintain a schedule of the overall activity of Merchandising and do reporting timely for Team Leader and management.
∎ Always ready to communicate on email and other social media.
∎ Required to provide a prompt response for top management and buyers.
∎ Adequate working knowledge of sourcing, Market Survey, Negotiation Skills.
∎ Good knowledge of the price quotation and product development.
∎ Assist to prepare purchase orders, internal orders & costing sheets.
∎ Sound knowledge of production (pattern, consumption and quality standard, etc.)
∎ The candidate has to coordinate with the marketing, design, supply chain, production & store department of the company very professionally.
∎ To keep communication with the production team to ensure the best quality for the final product & take care of all aspects of quality from the initial to the final stage of the production.
∎ The candidate must be an expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up, and communicating with buyers.
∎ Ability to work as a team member.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Patience and determination
∎ Excellent English skills in reading, speaking, and writing.
∎ Good organizational, planning skills and problem-solving skills.
∎ Very strong in handling overseas suppliers and buyers independently.
∎ Must be excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent attention to detail.
