Experience:

• Age 23 to 32 years

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the garments/textile industry.

• Strong knowledge of knit/woven/sweater merchandising processes.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

• Sound knowledge of fabric, trims, costing, consumption, and production follow-up.

• Capable of handling buyers independently and maintaining strong communication.

• Good understanding of shipment procedures, LC, PI, and commercial documentation.

• Ability to coordinate with production, quality, and sourcing teams efficiently.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of compliance and quality standards will be an added advantage.

• Candidate must be smart, proactive, and team-oriented.

• Experience working with international buyers will be preferred.
