Job Context:
∎ Improved WASH Services for the Rohingya Refugees Population in Ukhiya.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until January 29, 2021..

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be directly responsible for the Menstrual Hygiene Management/Promotion activities in Rohingya camps.
∎ To conduct capacity building training for field level staffs& Community Volunteers
∎ Work closely with communities for the promotion of menstrual hygiene management for better health in the camp areas to reduce the risk of occurring different diseases.
∎ Demonstrate the use of MHM specific items which need special knowledge for using hygienically.
∎ Conduct participatory approach in promoting good menstrual hygiene management practices in targeted areas.
∎ Mobilize, organize and supervise, through facilitators or other means, members of the communities to promote the menstrual hygiene management practices;
∎ Facilitate the conduction of participatory hygiene promotion sessions within communities, with focus on menstrual hygiene management;
∎ Promote MHM promotion following RANAS approach
∎ Manage and conduct home visiting to assess, inform and motivate families to improve menstrual hygiene management practices;
∎ Promote menstrual hygiene management practices through a variety of means, such as information sharing, dissemination, and communication materials;
∎ Provide support to the distribution of menstrual hygiene management kits/Assist Project management in assessment, verification, distribution processes
∎ Engage the community at each step of the decision making process and ensure their access to the feedback mechanism
∎ Attend in Sector Meetings/Donor Meeting (If assigned) and share progress
∎ Maintains and updates project files including all relevant documents like reports, project updates, beneficiary lists, maps, photographs etc
∎ Provide support with compiling, editing and finalizing information material for including donor reports, case studies, and visual contents related to its activities
∎ Maintain full qualitative and quantitative records and reports of MHM-related activities, dis-aggregated by age and diversity where appropriate;
∎ To assist organize of different types of meeting, training at field level.
∎ Any other duties as may be assigned by the Project Coordinator;
∎ Act as a link between the organization and the relevant stakeholders; and
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in the sector of WASH, Public Health, Disaster Management or Humanitarian Assistances and relevant experience.
∎ Ability to speak English and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal)
∎ Ability to work under limited supervision – Dynamism
∎ Ability to develop MHM promotion strategy, Guide line& introduce different hygiene promotion approach at Camp level

Salary: Tk. 82500 (Monthly)
