Ensure excellent service standards, maintain quality, respond efficiently to customer needs and develop customer satisfaction as priority. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency diagnostic imaging examinations (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.) as per physician requests.
• Prepare, position, and assist patients during imaging procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment, including CR/DR systems, BMD, CT scan, and X-ray units, and assist in contrast media.
• Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the departmental in-charge & administrative team.
• Ensure accurate image capture, documentation, and labeling, and enter all data into the System.
• Comply with all radiation safety protocols and ensure the proper use of protective equipment (lead aprons, shields) for both patients and staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked imaging room in compliance with infection prevention and control measures.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and radiologists for patient management and workflow coordination.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide appropriate instructions before, during, and after procedures.
• Any other duties of similar nature which is not covered by the above item & that may be assigned to you by the Hospital Management in the interest of the patients as well as of public service during emergency.
