• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
• Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS)

• MBBS

• DGO, FCPS (Part-1) will get preference.

Job Context:

A Medical Officer will deliver comprehensive medical support—managing wards, assisting in operative procedures, responding to emergencies, and ensuring quality documentation and patient communication—all within a structured, ethical, and collaborative environment at The Barakah Hospital Madonpur PLC.

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and effective assessment and management of the hospital`s patients following professional guidelines.

• Work with other Team members to mutually agreed work schedules and management processes, in consultation with the Management of the hospital.

• Conduct regular ward rounds and ward work at a time that facilitates efficient patient flows and meets treatment objectives.

• Carry out investigations and treatment procedures within the Organization where possible.

• See and advise on in-patients referred by hospital specialist, colleagues for assessment, within a timeframe appropriate to the clinical circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for all patients seen.

• Ensure that discharge summaries are completed by the team, ideally at the time of discharge.

• Contribute to the departmental clinical quality assurance system, including review of patient care (length of patient stay, mortality and morbidity reviews, audit, & regular clinical meetings).

• Contribute to the ongoing evaluation of the department`s service as a whole.

• Any other duties of similar nature which is not covered by the above item & that may be assigned to you by the Hospital Management in the interest of the patients.
