• Diploma in Medical Technology

• Age 18 to 35 years

• First Six (06) Month provisional period, after successfully completing the provisional period the company will decide to permanent the employee.

• Ability to perform lab tests in areas like: Hematology, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunology.

• Preparing blood, urine, stool and other body fluid for analysis.

• Daily and weekly maintaining of different analyzer. 

• Operating and calibrating equipment.

• Preparing cultures of tissue samples.

• Establishing and monitoring programs that ensure data accuracy.

• Microscopically examination slides of bodily fluids.

• Chemically analyzing blood or urine for toxic components.

• Analyzing lab reports for accuracy.

• Delivering test results to physicians, researchers or patients.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.

• Conduct laboratory tests and procedures

• Record and analyze results

• Maintain lab equipment

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols

• Assist doctors in diagnosis through accurate reporting

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, lab software)

• Data entry and report generation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
