Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Skilled in sample collection, handling, and processing.
∎ Strict adherence to protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure reliable results.
∎ Vigilance to prevent contamination or errors during testing.
∎ Expertise in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., microscopes, analyzers).
∎ Proficiency in performing diagnostic tests in hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, pathology, immunology, and other disciplines.
∎ Knowledge of laboratory automation systems and advanced testing techniques.Ability to analyze and interpret test results accurately.
∎ Critical thinking to identify anomalies or inconsistencies in test outcomes.Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment or procedural issues.
