Job Context
Hillroot Cosmetics is a growing cosmetics and personal care company committed to quality, ethics, and scientific promotion. We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Medical Promotional Officers (MPOs) to promote our cosmetic products to doctors, pharmacies, and retail outlets.
Job Responsibilities
Promote Hillroot Cosmetics products to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals
Generate prescriptions, product demand, and brand awareness
Visit assigned doctors, pharmacies, and retailers regularly as per route plan
Achieve monthly sales and prescription targets
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and distributors
Ensure product availability in pharmacies and retail outlets
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
Prepare and submit daily/weekly work and sales reports

Educational Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Science background will be preferred
Experience Requirements
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Previous experience as MPO / Sales Representative in pharma or cosmetics will be an advantage
Additional Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in the field
Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented
Ability to work independently
Motorcycle ownership and valid driving license will be preferred
