Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise nursing staffs to maintain clinical standard
- Refer the serious or critical patient to respective hospitals, if required.
- Supervise the job responsibility of paramedics and first aiders.
- Arrange counseling program regarding health and safety issues in coordination with the factory counselor.
- Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out Train employees regarding health related different issues Report to GM, HRM and communicate any health related issues
- Attend and manage emergency cases promptly and efficiently.
