Responsibilities & Context:
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in an inpatient setting, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, specialists, and pharmacists, to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
Leading, guiding, and directing the Health Center according to Management Policy.
To provide necessary instruction to all the staffs of health center for doing their job responsibilities according to the company policy.
To provide appropriate treatment to the patients by his professional knowledge and experience.
To initiate necessary action and generating new ideas, implement and try to develop the health center as a self sufficient.
To organize satellite/Special camp in his Health Centre’s area.
To provide the proper guidance to the Medical Assistant, Paramedic, Lab Technologist and Health Assistants.
Ensure policy implementation, discipline and proper implementation of rules and regulation of the organization.
Prepared long term and short term plan for developing and proper documentations as advised by the higher authority.
To Operating Hospital Management Software.
Any other task to be assigned by the higher authority.
