Shandhani Shangstha Hospital and Diagnostic Center is looking for a dedicated and energetic Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outpatient care and providing on-call support for emergency cases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage outdoor patient services from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2. Ensure quality medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for outdoor patients.

3. Supervise and coordinate with SACMO, nurses, and support staff during duty hours.

4. Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

5. Provide guidance and clinical support to SACMO (Sub Assistant Community Medical Officer) when needed.

6. In case of emergencies after regular working hours:

   • The SACMO will handle the situation initially.

   • If the situation exceeds the SACMO’s capacity, the RMO must be available on call to provide necessary medical support.

7. Participate in hospital meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

8. Ensure ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality at all times

9. Academic Responsibility:

   • As per the Shandhani Nursing Institute routine, the RMO will take classes two (2) days per week.

   • The organization will provide an AC microbus for transportation to attend nursing institute classes.
