Shandhani School and College, an institution of Shandhani Shangstha, is looking for a qualified and dedicated Lecturer (Chemistry) to join its team. Below are the requirements and details for the position:

• Deliver high-quality lectures in Chemistry at higher secondary levels following the national curriculum .

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials.

• Conduct laboratory sessions, supervise experiments, and ensure adherence to lab safety protocols.

• Assess student’s performance through assignments, quizzes, practicals, and examinations.

• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.

• Participate in curriculum development and update course content as required.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, results, and other academic data.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current in the subject area.

• Organize and participate in departmental meetings, academic seminars, workshops, and development programs.

• Assist in academic and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

• Promote a positive learning environment through active engagement and classroom management.
