Responsibilities & Context: Medical Officers will manage all aspects related to patient care within their departments.
Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to others staff.
Responsibilities include daily follow-up of patients and record keeping (Per shift).
Ensure appropriate handovers.
Establish and maintain clear communication with patient, consultant, colleagues and related staff and management.
Ensuring highest standards in patient care including practicing infection control protocols.
Supervision and monitoring of supporting staff.
Managing and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Ensuring consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.
Any task assigned by the management.
Demonstrate flexibility in performing duties in responding to any critical call.
Job Other Benifits: Employment status- Full-time
Probation period - Three (3) months
Must work for minimum Six (6) months, cannot quit before Six (6) months
One(1) month prior notice is needed for discontinuation from services applicable for either party
The hospital authorities have the right to take any action against you if you quit your position without giving any notice
