Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits following DSheba clinical SOPs.

• History taking, focused examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Prescribe medicines per national guidelines and document securely in the app.

• Stabilize and coordinate urgent referrals to hospitals when necessary.

• Follow infection control and patient confidentiality protocols.

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical notes and billing documentation.

• Participate in periodic training and quality audits.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree (mandatory) & valid BMDC registration.

• Active smartphone (Android/iOS) and willingness to use DSheba app.

• Good communication in Bengali; English literacy preferred.

• Able to travel within 10 KM (own transport preferred).

• Professional, empathetic bedside manner.

• Profit share
