• Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine and intensive care.

• Excellent patient management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.).

• Should have the ability to correspond accurately with buyers and auditors regarding health and compliance.

• Conduct medical fitness tests and age verification for new recruits.

• Perform periodic health checkups for all workers and staff.

• Provide primary medical care, prescribe medicine, and offer health advice to attending patients.

• Administer first aid to emergency patients and, if required, coordinate referrals to specialized hospitals, ensuring factory management is informed.

• Maintain, monitor, and analyze records of all sickness, injuries, and accidents to develop and implement preventative strategies.

• Ensure all First-Aid boxes are adequately stocked, and medicines are within their expiry dates, replacing them as needed.

• Maintain the official accident register and follow up on the First Aider`s daily register.

• Oversee the maintenance and inventory of all medical supplies as per compliance requirements.

• Strategically plan and work to maintain a healthy and hygienic occupational environment.

• Conduct health-related training programs to build awareness among workers about hygiene and occupational health.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports, including analyses of injury and disease trends.

• Discharge any other duties assigned by the higher authority.
