Experience:

• At least 1 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Only candidates holding valid BMDC registration are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in IPD/OT/ICU will be given preference.

• Must have strong communication skills and expertise in patient management.
• Ability to make independent decisions and willingness to work in a team.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate medical care to all admitted female and general patients.
• Conduct daily patient rounds, monitor patient conditions, and update medical records regularly.
• Assist consultants in diagnosis, treatment planning, and ensuring proper follow-up.
• Execute physicians’ prescriptions, diagnostic tests, and medication orders in a timely manner.
• Manage emergency situations and provide initial medical support until senior consultants arrive.
• Prepare accurate and updated medical documentation, case notes, and discharge summaries.
• Counsel patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans, recovery process, and follow-up care.
• Maintain close coordination with Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and legal guidelines.
• Report any complications, irregularities, or critical incidents to the authority in due time.
• Assist consultants and surgeons in the Operation Theatre (OT) as required.
• Supervise the treatment and care of admitted newborns in NICU, provide necessary medical support as per consultants’ advice, and take immediate action in emergency situations.
• Perform any additional responsibilities and instructions as assigned by the Management from time to time.
