Responsibilities & Context:
We are Multinational Company. We want to hire a Medical Officer who has to serve our employees health related issues. Spending time with our employees to analyze their health problems and serving them with proper solution.
Ensure highest standards in patient care.
Perform medical checkup during Recruitment.
Supervising & mentoring medical assistants.
Handling awareness programs Prescribe, administer and dispense medications in accordance with laws & regulations Perform administrative duties and health risk management.
Verify complex diagnoses and facilitate treatment plans.
Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic follow up of pregnant employees and sustain nutrition programs for pregnant employees.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Conduct periodic training of First Aiders and ensure relevant compliance guidelines.
Report to senior management as well as liaise between administrative and medical staffs.
Sharing improvement plan of Health & Safety with factory welfare team.
Ensure consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices
