    • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
  • Only candidates holding a valid BMDC registration are eligible to apply.

  • Candidates with prior experience in the hospital Emergency Department will be given preference.

  • Must have practical experience working in the Emergency Department or hospital emergency care.

  • Ability to make quick decisions and work effectively in high-pressure and critical situations.

  • Must demonstrate polite, patient, and professional behavior with patients and their relatives.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills are required.

  • Must have a mindset to work in compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the condition of patients arriving at the Emergency Department (Triage) and provide immediate medical care.
  • Administer life-saving first aid, CPR, and advanced life support as required. Stabilize critical or severely ill patients and refer them to the appropriate department or specialist.
  • Assist consultants/surgeons during emergency surgeries or medical procedures.
  • Review and interpret lab reports, X-rays, CT scans, and other diagnostic test results promptly.
  • Prescribe medications and ensure accuracy in drug administration.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to nurses, medical technologists, and other healthcare staff regarding patient treatment.
  • Communicate with patients’ relatives about the patient’s condition and provide necessary counseling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to emergency medical care and departmental activities.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital emergency protocols, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
  • Handle patient care–related complaints or complications effectively.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management.
  • Duty Schedule: Roster-based duty: 12 hours per shift (Day/Night).
