Experience:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college and university.

• BMDC registration is mandatory.

• Must be registered with BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council).
• Relevant certifications in Occupational Health, Public Health, or Industrial Health will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical practice.
• Experience working in EPZ-based factories is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with RMG/Textile industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and workplace medical practices.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle emergency cases with sound judgment and calmness.
• Knowledge of labor law-related medical requirements, BEPZA regulations, and compliance issues.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, basic reporting software).
• Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a service mindset.

• Provide medical consultation and treatment to employees for general health issues and workplace-related illnesses.

• Handle emergency medical situations and provide first aid support.

• Monitor occupational health conditions and workplace hygiene standards.

• Prescribe medicines and maintain proper treatment records.

• Supervise factory medical center operations and medical support staff.

• Ensure adequate stock and management of medicines, medical equipment, and supplies.

• Conduct health awareness sessions on hygiene, nutrition, and occupational safety.

• Coordinate employee health checkups, vaccination programs, and medical campaigns.

• Maintain medical records, reports, and health-related MIS accurately.

• Ensure compliance with labor law, buyer requirements, and workplace health standards.

• Coordinate with HR, Compliance, and Admin departments regarding employee health matters.

• Support accident investigation and workplace injury reporting.

• Refer critical patients to hospitals or specialized healthcare providers when necessary.

• Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of medical center facilities.

• Participate in audits related to health, safety, and compliance requirements.
