Job Responsibilities
Providing clinical care by diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions and diseases;
Conducting thorough assessments, including physical exams and patient history, to determine appropriate treatment plans;
Developing and evaluating individualized treatment plans and ensuring that they are followed properly.
Monitoring patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and evolving medical conditions.
Providing immediate care in emergency situations and stabilize patients for further treatment or transfer.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to medical ethics and legal standards.
Coordinating with other Depts and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Working closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
Providing advice to the patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Engaging in quality assurance activities and contributing to initiatives aimed at improving healthcare services.
Mentoring and training junior medical staff, including residents and interns.
Attending OPD/indoor patients / ward & cabins
Attending academic sessions, clinical classes, participate in departmental seminars as per instruction;
Carrying out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
