Responsibilities & Context:
Provide regular healthcare services to both indoor and out door patients.
Assist the consultant doctors in seeing patient and taking initial patient histories.
Follow up on patient investigations and treatment process as per consultant advice.
Clearly explain the consultant’s treatment plan to patients and their families.
Properly maintain and file all patient related medical records.
Complete medical reports and other documents as per hospital guidelines.
Participates in emergency patient care and refer patients when necessary.
Follow Infection Prevention and Controls (IPC) protocols and ensure hygiene standards.
Coordinate with other doctors and heath-care staffs to ensure team work.
Work towards patient satisfaction and improving the quality of service.
