• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• 2 to 4 years

• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical experience after internship.

• Valid BMDC registration certificate.

• Strong diagnostic ability and sound clinical decision-making skills.

• Ability to handle medical emergencies independently.

• Good communication and patient counseling skills.

• Leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with compassion and professionalism.

• Prescribe appropriate investigations, medications, and treatment plans in line with hospital protocols.

• Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress regularly.

• Attend emergency cases promptly; visit patients at home if required for urgent care.

• Collaborate with nurses, paramedics, and allied health staff to ensure holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, case notes, and reports.

• Conduct health awareness sessions, immunization drives, and preventive health programs in surrounding villages.

• Actively participate in planning hospital services, staff management, and quality improvement activities.

• Support hospital and pathology department development initiatives, including new service design and community outreach.

• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, hospital policies, and all regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare and monitor hospital budgets and ensure proper revenue and expense management.

• Communicate regularly with hospital management, provide updates, and seek guidance when necessary.
