Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing effective media buying strategies
∎ Participating in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns.
∎ Help to identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
∎ Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.
∎ Prepare schedules and adjust when needed.
∎ Experiment with new platforms and channels.
∎ Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
∎ Monitor cost and return on investment.
∎ Report to Business Head daily/ weekly/monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role, experience in digital
∎ Familiarity with media buying planning and research
∎ Interest in following advertising and media trend.
∎ Working knowledge of media analytics software.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Attention to details, Critical thinking skills.
∎ BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
∎ Experience on e commerce platform will get preference.
∎ Have to Understand the situation and work load of start up.
∎ Both Male and female are encouraged to apply.
