Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the strategy for the development of the call center, maintain the quality of customer service.
∎ Lead, inspire and co-ordinate the call center team and motivate the team for better outcome.
∎ Be responsible for the end to end customer contact processes and work for improvements, improve efficiency and reduce customer complaints.
∎ Responsible for organize different training for call center executive to develop skill.
∎ Develop continuous improvement plan for Call Center.
∎ Maintain cost efficiencies and increased in Customer Satisfaction Scores.
∎ Ensuring quality assurance, compliance, regulatory and legal obligations are met across all interactions.
∎ Developing objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities.
∎ Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Have to be smart, creative & dynamic.
∎ Must have Good communication skill.
∎ Good speaking capability both in Bangla & English.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
