Responsibilities & Context:
Install, assemble, and set up mechanical systems and machinery according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Ensure that equipment is correctly configured and operational following installation.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, identifying faulty components, and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
Adjust and fine-tune mechanical systems to enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Work closely with engineers, other technicians, and production teams to support the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to mechanical failures and issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring that production schedules are maintained.
