VRM, Ball Mill & Roller Press Operation
Packer Operation & Maintenance
Practical knowledge of VRM, Ball Mill & Roller Press process & operation
Practical knowledge of Packer Operation & Maintenance
Packer spares and machine parts
Preventive & breakdown maintenance
Maintenance planning & scheduling knowledge
Troubleshooting of mechanical & operational problems
AutoCAD & MS Office (good working knowledge)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and a team player
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure effective maintenance planning, execution & auditing
Reduce downtime and MTBD (Mean Time Between Breakdown)
Prepare and maintain:
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly maintenance reports
Coordinate shift operations with CCR for:
VRM, Ball Mill, Roller Press & Packing Plant
Troubleshoot any mechanical & operational issues
Supervise mechanical maintenance activities
Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans
Inspect machinery, identify problems & implement solutions
Maintain records of all maintenance work
Coordinate and conduct Safety Tool Box Meetings
Ensure smooth and safe long-term operation of equipment
