Valid Scaffolding Certificate (Third Party or Company Approved)

Saudi Aramco Scaffolder Certification (for Aramco projects – preferred)Valid Iqama (for local transfer, if applicable)

Safety training (Work at Height, H2S, First Aid – advantage)

Candidates should have knowledge of frame, cantilever, and system scaffolding, including proper scaffolding erection procedures.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Scaffolder (Gulf experience preferred)Knowledge of scaffolding systems (Tube & Fitting, Cuplock, Ringlock, etc.)

Ability to work at heights and in harsh weather conditions.

Physically fit and medically fit for height work.

Understanding of HSE standards and safe work practices.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

1. Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems as per approved drawings and method statements

2. Ensure scaffolding is erected safely and securely according to Saudi Aramco / SABIC / project HSE standards

3. Install guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, and safety systems

4. Conduct routine inspection and tagging (green/yellow/red) of scaffolds

5. Inspect scaffolding materials for defects before use

6. Follow all site safety rules, including working-at-height and PPE requirements

7. Report unsafe conditions, damaged materials, or hazards immediately

8. Coordinate with supervisors, safety officers, and other trades

9. Assist in material handling, loading, and unloading of scaffolding components

10. Maintain housekeeping standards at work areas
