A person responsible for overseeing and managing the entire refurbishment process, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols. Key responsibilities include

Field Service Supervisor

A person responsible for managing and supervising field service operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery to customers. Key responsibilities include

01. Planning & Coordination:

Assigning tasks to technicians, painters, cleaners, and helpers, and ensuring proper workflow

02. Quality Assurance:

Inspecting refurbished coolers for technical accuracy, painting finish, and cleanliness before final approval

03. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintaining accurate service reports and submitting them to management.

04. Compliance Monitoring:

Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and penalty avoidance.

05. Team Support:

Providing guidance and resolving operational issues faced by team members

06. Team Management:

Oversee technicians and support staff during on-site service activities.

07. Service Coordination:

Plan and allocate service tasks, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource utilization.
