• Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled inspections to prevent equipment failure.

• Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.

• Safety Compliance: Maintaining safety standards, repairing structural elements, and managing hazardous materials.

• System Monitoring: Operating and troubleshooting building systems (HVAC, fire alarms, BMS).

• Reporting: Keeping detailed logs of maintenance work and repair costs.

• Maintenance & Inspection: Conduct routine checks, lubricate parts, and identify wear and tear to prevent machine failures.

• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions and fix mechanical components like bearings, motors, and hydraulic systems.

• Installation & Assembly: Set up new machinery, including assembling parts and ensuring proper alignment, based on technical drawings.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and compliance checklists.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety regulations (e.g., Lockout/Tagout) while operating tools or handling hazardous equipment.
