Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor all kind of ship Mechanical works.
Lead Maintenance team.
Fix all kind of Mechanical problems .
Check regularly to find and fix problems.
Work quickly and keep things in good condition.
Keep tools safe and organized.
Leading a Maintenance team.
2. Prepare monthly maintenance schedule & maintenance report.
3. Maintenance & monitoring various types of pumps, chiller, high pressure molding machine etc.
4. Supervising contractor work.
5. Centrifugal pump, Pneumatic pump & reciprocating pump.
6. Hydraulic pump & cylinder.
7. Ball mill & agitator Gearbox.
8. Air compressor, WTP, ETP, RO plant maintenance.
9. Ball mill , battery casting machine, medium pressure machine.
10. Mould & Green dryer, Spray & Inspection booth blower, Shuttle & Tunnel Kiln maintenance.
11. All of machinery spare parts list preparation & requisition preparation Essential
