1. Practical Proven working experience on government projects will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum 10 years working experience in the construction industry.
3. Field experience with maintaining construction equipment like concrete batching plants, excavators, etc. is a must.

1. Design and Planning: Mechanical Systems Design: You`ll be involved in designing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, and other mechanical systems for buildings.
2. Energy Efficiency: Implementing energy-efficient designs and systems that comply with building codes and standards.
3. Collaboration: Working with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure mechanical systems integrate seamlessly with overall building design.
4. Construction and Implementation:
5. Project Management: Overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems during construction. Overseeing construction equipment like a batching plant, excavator, roller, generator, etc. 
6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that mechanical systems meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
7. Problem Solving: Addressing any challenges or issues that arise during the construction phase related to mechanical systems.
8. Maintenance and Operation:
9. Lifecycle Support: Providing support for the maintenance and operation of mechanical systems post-construction.
10. Upgrades and Retrofits: Evaluating and recommending upgrades or retrofits to improve system efficiency or performance over time.
11. Compliance: Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
12. Technical Expertise:
13. Technical Analysis: Conducting analysis, simulations, and calculations to optimize system performance.
14. Innovation: Keeping abreast of new technologies and innovations in mechanical engineering that can be applied to construction projects.
