Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project management, implementation, and site supervision within the construction/infrastructure sector.
Demonstrated experience managing large and complex EPC/Civil/Infrastructure projects.
Strong exposure to contract administration, project controls, and stakeholder coordination.
Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural design concepts, and engineering standards.
Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
Sound understanding of FIDIC/Contractual frameworks, BOQ analysis, and cost control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional reporting capability.
Ability to operate under strict deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities & Context: - Lead and oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation activities from inception to commissioning.
- Develop project execution strategies, work programs, timelines, and resource deployment plans.
- Ensure compliance with engineering design standards, construction specifications, quality control procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Manage contractor and consultant interfaces, supervise site operations, and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Monitor project progress through KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance reviews.
- Lead tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and variation/claims management processes.
- Review and validate project drawings, BOQs, method statements, and engineering documentation.
- Ensure alignment with statutory regulations, environmental compliance, and organizational governance policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Implement risk management frameworks, cost-control measures, and delay mitigation strategies.
- Mentor, guide, and develop project teams to drive capability enhancement and performance excellence.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, management briefs, and project completion documentation.
- Any other related responsibilities assigned by management.
