Responsibilities & Context:

• Carry out installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of embroidery machines (e.g., Barudan, Tajima, SWF, etc.).

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in embroidery machines and resolve them promptly.

• Ensure proper calibration, tension setting, and alignment of embroidery heads, needles, and frames.

• Replace damaged parts (motors, belts, sensors, circuit boards, etc.) as required.

• Keep machine downtime at a minimum by responding quickly to breakdown calls.

• Maintain records of repairs, services, and spare parts usage.

• Train operators on basic machine handling and minor troubleshooting.

• Follow all safety guidelines while working with machinery.

• Support production team in achieving daily production targets through efficient machine maintenance.
