Responsibilities & Context:
Carry out installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of embroidery machines (e.g., Barudan, Tajima, SWF, etc.).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in embroidery machines and resolve them promptly.
Ensure proper calibration, tension setting, and alignment of embroidery heads, needles, and frames.
Replace damaged parts (motors, belts, sensors, circuit boards, etc.) as required.
Keep machine downtime at a minimum by responding quickly to breakdown calls.
Maintain records of repairs, services, and spare parts usage.
Train operators on basic machine handling and minor troubleshooting.
Follow all safety guidelines while working with machinery.
Support production team in achieving daily production targets through efficient machine maintenance.
