Education:
∎ Diploma
∎ High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an embroidery mechanic or in textile machinery maintenance.
∎ Knowledge of embroidery software and machine programming (Wilcom, Pulse, or similar) is a plus.
∎ Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
∎ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience with sewing, textile, or automated machinery is preferred.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy machine parts.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform regular maintenance and repairs on embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, SWF, or similar).
∎ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
∎ Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machine longevity and optimal performance.
∎ Replace and adjust machine components, including needles, hooks, bobbins, belts, and motors.
∎ Align and calibrate machines for proper thread tension, stitch quality, and registration.
∎ Work closely with the production team to resolve machine-related issues efficiently.
∎ Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
∎ Provide technical training and support to machine operators when needed.
