Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and repair sewing machines, cutting machines, ironing machines, and other production equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure all machines are in proper working condition.
Troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems quickly to reduce production downtime.
Adjust machine settings to match production requirements and fabric types.
Keep records of machine repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts replacements.
Ensure safety standards are followed while handling machines and equipment.
Support production staff by providing quick technical assistance during operations.
Install new machines and ensure proper setup and alignment.
Train operators on basic machine care and minor troubleshooting.
Work closely with the production and quality teams to maintain smooth workflow.
