Job Context:
∎ A reputed national NGO is inviting applications to fill the position of ‘MEAL Officer’ who will be responsible for ensuring quality data management, analysis, reporting and provide support to improve the quality of the program activities.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until June 30, 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop monitoring tool and implement for measuring progress in line with project log frame.
∎ Develop data collection tools and reporting templates to meet the requirement of the MEAL system.
∎ Develop Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT) tool to track progress through indicator specific segregated data.
∎ Conduct Construction site monitoring (CSM),Post construction monitoring (PCM), On-site Distribution monitoring(ODM), Post distribution monitoring (PDM) & knowledge exercise and share the key learning internally and externally.
∎ Manage andcollect GPS coordinates of WASH infrastructure & mapping.
∎ Maintain and update site/community level contact list, service mapping, CPT data collection using Survey CTO, compilation, analysis, and report preparation, and sharing with the team and donor.
∎ Conduct weekly/fortnightly process monitoring and share report with the Project Manager.
∎ Conduct focus group discussion, case study, key informative interview, lesson learned etc.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and final reports as per the project requirements.
∎ Support feedback mechanism established and collect community feedback, compile, analysis and share with Project Manager.
∎ Uphold humanitarian code of conduct and adhere to and promote humanitarian guiding principles.
∎ Comply with organizational policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness, and other relevant policies
∎ Work in true spirit of teamwork and preserve personal integrity and respect the organizational hierarchy of accountability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Clear understanding of Survey CTO/ KOBO/ SPSS.
∎ Proficient with MS office suite & Data management.
∎ Motorcycle valid driving license required.
∎ Ability to support procurement committee.
∎ Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Able to take decision in the timely manner, prioritize and multi task simultaneously.
∎ Excellent spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports.
Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
