Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ To work closely with the management for Monitoring, Evaluation, Documentation, Reporting, to ensuring the better MEAL management services and overall reporting and documentation services of the WASH and Shelter & Site Development projects in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Project Management and contribute in overall MEAL system establishment,
∎ Develop/ ensure proper utilization of monitoring tools for implementation of project interventions with quality
∎ Ensure that critical MEAL findings and recommendations, in support of decision-making process towards program management,
∎ Experience in gathering, managing and analyzing data using KoBo toolbox and analyze data with advance Excel platform as visualization dashboard to help in decision making for the project management,
∎ Conduct capacity-building events for project staff, partners and community volunteers on data collection process, monitoring tools, methodology and standard reporting format.
∎ Experience in design and implementation of MEAL systems, including qualitative and quantitative approaches for baselines, process monitoring and outcome assessment as required,
∎ Clear understanding and technical knowledge and experience in implementation of gender and disability sensitive approaches,
∎ Good knowledge of information presentation techniques (graphing, charting, tabling etc.) and interpreting them,
∎ Good knowledge of and experience with WASH, Shelter, protection and public health issues, guidelines, and principles.
∎ Initiate, coordinate and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual report,
∎ Capture success and best practice data from field along with preparing documentation,
∎ Develop event based and periodical reports,
∎ Facilitate different meeting, awareness session, training, workshops
∎ Assist to develop communication materials,
∎ Regular field visit and data collection from different reporting purposes.
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly progress report preparation in a timely manner,
∎ Develop different kind of quality documentations, stories considering project progress and positive changes in people’s lives throughout the project implementation,
∎ Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience working with Monitoring, Evaluation, Documentation and reporting related activity,
∎ Experience on developing quantitative and qualitative reports and project proposals.
∎ Proficiency in using Excel, SPSS, STATA or other statistical analysis software,
∎ Experience data collection and analysis,
∎ Proficient in written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Experience to work in refugee camps
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of project implementation
∎ Good report writing and problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Able to oversee multiple tasks, prioritising and delegating as required.
∎ Ability to work in different target groups,
∎ Able to communicate in local language (Cox’s Bazar, Burmees)
∎ Proven skills to monitoring system development.
∎ Gender disability sensitive approaches,
∎ Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English,
∎ Positive attitude as development worker, team worker and accommodative within team at community level,
∎ Willingness to work in Refugee Camps,
∎ Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response,
Salary: Tk. 85657 (Monthly)
