Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct ToT training for Farmers Facilitators.
∎ Intensive follow up and monitor the technical sessions of FFS
∎ Provide technical support for demonstration/learning plots of FFS
∎ Follow up and backstopping support for FFS
∎ Conduct GoB line department training, exchange visit, field visit etc.
∎ Organize training for high value crops and field implementation.
∎ Organize farmers field day
∎ Report writing in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
∎ Any task assigned by Project Manager in relation with IFM-FFS project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/Fisheries/Livestock/Social science or any other relevant fields.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience with good track record of planning, implementation and monitoring of farmer training programs.
∎ S/he should have clear concept on the IFM-FFS approach, strong facilitation skills using various participatory methods.
∎ A local graduate will receive an extra advantage for qualifying as a Master Trainer.
∎ Priority will be given to the persons with experience as Master Trainer in the CHT or Cox's Bazar on IFM-FFS.
∎ Ability to work and lead a multi-cultural team and meeting deadlines;
∎ Fluency in English language, writing and proficiency in computer application.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.
∎ Any assigned task by Project Manager
Salary: Tk. 49000 (Monthly)
