Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/Fisheries/Livestock/Social science or any other relevant fields.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Agriculture:
∎ 1. Plan and design on IFM-FFS sectoral activities for annually, quarterly and monthly basis.
∎ 2. Prepare and forecast monthly/quarterly/annual budget on planned activities.
∎ 3. Ensure field implementation for appropriate dissemination of Integrated Farm Management (IFM) – Farmer Field School (FFS) activities.
∎ 4. Maintain liaison and build a network with line Depts., local Govt. and administration.
∎ 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress report
∎ Fisheries:
∎ 1. Plan and design on IFM-FFS sectoral activities for annually, quarterly and monthly basis.
∎ 2. Prepare and forecast monthly/quarterly/annual budget on planned activities.
∎ 3. Ensure field implementation for appropriate dissemination of IFM-FFS fisheries interventions with the support of Farmer Facilitators (FFs) & others.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in planning and designing IFM-FFS sectoral activities
∎ Track record in maintaining liaison and network building with line Depts., local Govt. and administration.
∎ Track record on field implementation for appropriate dissemination of IFM-FFS fisheries/livestock/agriculture interventions (preferably with the support of Farmer Facilitators (FFs) & others).
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, deadlines and to set priorities
∎ Good English writing, analytical and communication skills
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
