Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan and update monthly campaign and content calendars for all brands, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends, product launches, and promotional goals.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure brand campaigns are aligned with business objectives and support overall growth.
  • Ensure all planned social media posts are published on time across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Maintain content calendars for each platform with at least two weeks’ visibility to ensure smooth planning and coordination with creative teams.
  • Monitor and optimize both organic and paid content performance, using data to improve engagement and reach.
  • Drive follower growth and improve engagement rates across all social platforms, aiming for a consistent engagement rate of 5% or above.
  • Create strategic digital plans to support brand awareness and community growth.
  • Ensure that content briefs for all monthly posts are prepared before the start of each month, leaving room for timely production and approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal visual, video, and copywriting teams to ensure content is delivered and published as per plan.
  • Review post performance monthly, draw insights, and refine upcoming content briefs to improve impact.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing content, making sure every post reflects the brand’s tone and quality standards.
