∎ Is savvy with social media trends.
∎ Will take full-on responsibility for setting specific objectives toward developing continuous high-quality marketing strategies
∎ Will drive profitability, brand consistency and overall market growth within the defined time frame.
∎ JOB LOCATION : Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road, Dhaka City.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities arid consumer
∎ preferences to support campaign creations
∎ Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals.
∎ Develop and maintain digital campaigns to increase web traffic
∎ Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response,
∎ Leads, sales, retention and ROI
∎ Forecast market trends
∎ Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
∎ Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests,
∎ Projects and marketing plans
∎ Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
∎ Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity.
∎ Perform detailed desktop research into our clients, their category, and competitors
∎ Across multiple markets.
∎ De-construct competitive best practices in digital marketing and create benchmarks.
∎ Define global web architecture detailing what sites and social assets the brand will maintain globally in various versions and languages.
∎ Conduct web asset audits to map our brand's global web presence and assess the effectiveness of each asset.
∎ Work closely with the various specialists involved with the implementation and management of our digital strategies.
∎ Identify opportunities for clients to use digital technology to enhance their overall marketing mix: product, price, place, or promotion.
∎ Tracks existing clients, potential clients and revenues of all advertisers in all media genres
∎ Cultivates relations with Dynasty Furniture's sales vendor and clients
∎ Schedules and manages revenue opportunities of the Marketing Manager's social media efforts.
∎ Provides support of the overall coordination of the Marketing and Communications department; contributes to all campaign ideas and plan executions from a media perspective.
∎ Dynasty Furniture's Marketing and Sales Strategist will be responsible for the advertising portion of the marketing and communications strategy. This person will contribute to overall sales of Dynasty Furniture's media properties including the following: Print Advertising, Website Advertising, Social Media Advertising and Events, Advertising, and creative endeavors in the advertising space. This media planning and buying expert also contributes his/her expertise in the area of designing creative advertising solutions for Dynasty Furniture's sister concerns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Marketing and/or Sales Strategist. Relevant work experience in furniture or related industry will be preferred.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Conducting market research, Internet Marketing, Off-line Marketing, Digital
∎ Marketing, Branding, Pricing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, SMS Marketing; E-mail Marketing, B2B and B2C,.
∎ Moreover, applicants should preferably have experience in the following business area(s): Paid Advertising (incl. PPC), Transactional Marketing, Diversity Marketing, Cause Marketing, and Relationship Marketing
∎ Applicant must be of at least 18 years old
∎ Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Flexible & capable of working under pressure to manage multiple projects at a time.
∎ Strong oral and written communications skill in English & Bengali language.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, any CRM &, ERP software, Content
∎ Management Systems, and F1S Office applications mcl Access, Excel, Powerpoint
∎ and Word Proficiency in Google SketchUp or other 3D CAD software will be
∎ preferred.
∎ Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
∎ Outstanding organizational, time management, interpersonal and presentation skills.
∎ Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
∎ Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel.
∎ Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media.
∎ Experience overseeing the design and production of print matenals and publications
∎ Videography skills will be preferred for minor in-house editing.
