Job Context:
∎ Job Context:
∎ To carry out all Marketing & Sales related works in tobacco sectors especially for new product launch, maintaining bulk team members, maintaining product portfolio, making sure on time product order.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for overall Sales and Marketing Operation of the company.
∎ To ensure achievement of monthly sales collection and segment wise product targets followed by yearly targets and regular reporting.
∎ To ensure single sales and marketing employee can deal with the specific market segment. To focus and ensure good quality work from inbound to outbound logistics.
∎ To ensure the promotional, seasonal, sales offer time to time to enhance profitability of the company.
∎ Strong monitoring of sales force and their location based attendance as per management requirements.
∎ To Solve the Dealers' / Distributors' / end users' problems (such as product delivery, payment system, rate, commission, offer etc.)
∎ Must have thorough and clear knowledge/understanding about respective market/zone/region regarding market size/volume, market share of different brands/company, market potentiality.
∎ To ensure collection of market dues, bad debts, recovery, settlement and adjustment.
∎ To monitor and generate all kinds of reports including slow moving & dead items.
∎ To prepare monthly sales plan & execute accordingly to achieve sales target.
∎ To submit monthly sales commission, TA/DA and total costing of segment or division based report to management.
∎ To make sure the dealer/distributors’ accounts balance in resemblance to Accounts Department.
∎ To inform and follow procedures of the Human Resource Department while recruiting, dismissing, terminating or any other redundant of Marketing and Sales employees.
∎ To ensure the recruitment of marketing employees under HR Policy and make sure the undertaking stamp taken from them.
∎ Any other jobs framed time to time by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 12 years’ experience in tobacco sectors. Any other experienced candidates need not to apply.
∎ Fluent in speaking English and ability to write better English.
∎ Age at least 40 years.
∎ Adequate computer knowledge as (MS word, Excel, email, power point) as required.
