Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining existing member
∎ Creating new member
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of services
∎ Responsible for territory's Sales Target
∎ Meet the successful achievement of company's sales target.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly report as required by management is a must.
∎ Maintain a high standard of Ethical conduct in discharge of duties.
∎ Prepare in advance, the monthly rote plan tour program to maintain the stipulated work and strictly follow the same when approved. Any change if essential, should be communicated immediately to the superior.
∎ Initiate, maintain and keep records of each visit, each member list.
∎ Keep informed to superior for any field problems / difficulties of business importance and records all complaints, suggestions etc. put forward by the retailers and bring it to the notice of the Superior.
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Analysis market trend to prepare marketing strategy and policy.
∎ Maintaining professional working relationship with internal and external members.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of members.
∎ Regular market visit is a must

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working in sales shall get preference.
∎ Fresher with higher learning aptitude and self-motivated can also apply.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets,
∎ Capable to maintain standard record to ensure on time customer service,
∎ Ensure customer service in the optimum level of satisfaction,
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking & approach,
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure,
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written & spoken English
∎ Must have smart phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in dealing with marketing activities, client's satisfaction, product performance and quality check.
∎ Comfortable for traveling to field
∎ The applicants should have excellent communication skill with strong track record and ability to develop direct members.
∎ Should have basic commercial knowledge.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude
∎ Should have strong knowledge about various accessories.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 100% commission based
